Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password (bcrypt), registration and login metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps).
• Financial data: wallet movements, trade records, deposit/withdrawal requests and payout details you submit.
• Technical data: session identifiers, CSRF tokens, security and audit logs.

Why we process it

To operate your account and wallet, to settle contracts, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations.

Retention

Ledger, trade and audit records are retained for at least five years because they are financial records. Passwords are never stored in readable form and cannot be recovered — only reset.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers, payment processors you choose, and authorities when legally compelled.

Your rights

You can access and correct your profile data in the app, and you can request export or erasure of non-mandatory data by emailing bakhtali6464@gmail.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions are HTTP-only and same-site, all state-changing requests require a CSRF token, and every balance movement is logged.
